Support
Need help with the game, a purchase or saved progress? A parent or guardian can contact our team.
Include “My Reborn Baby”, your device model, system version and what happened. Please do not send a child's personal information, account password or payment card details.
What is free, and what does the purchase unlock?
The core baby care activities are free. An optional one-time purchase unlocks premium customization and wardrobe items. The purchase screen shows the current local price before payment. There is no subscription, advertising or sale of play coins.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use the store account that made the purchase. Open the purchase screen through a gold lock and the grown-ups gate, then select “Restore purchase”. You can also find restoration in the grown-ups settings. An internet connection and access to the store are required. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google accounts.
Where is my baby's progress saved?
Baby appearance, care progress and play coins are saved locally on your device. The game does not provide its own cloud account or cross-device progress sync. Uninstalling the game or starting a new baby can erase progress. Restoring a purchase restores paid access, not your previous baby's progress. Device backups are managed by your operating system.
Does the game need the internet?
The care activities, artwork, sounds and font are included in the app. The store needs an internet connection for purchases and restoration.
How do refunds work?
The store that processed your payment handles refund requests. For Apple purchases, visit Apple's purchase support. For Google Play purchases, visit Google Play refund help. Eligibility and decisions are determined by the store.
Your baby's world stays on your device.

Information in the game
The game stores the baby's appearance, care progress, preferences, play coins and purchased-access status on the device. The game does not require an account and does not send this gameplay information to a JUMA game server.
Children and tracking
The game contains no advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK. It does not request location, contacts, microphone or camera access. We do not ask children to provide personal contact information in the game. A grown-ups gate separates the play experience from the purchase screen.
Purchases
Apple or Google processes purchases using your store account under its own privacy terms. The app receives transaction information needed to provide and restore paid access. We do not receive your full payment card information. Store services may process account, device and transaction information as part of payment and fraud prevention.
When you contact support
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request. Please contact us as a parent or guardian and avoid sending children's personal information. You can ask us about or request deletion of your support correspondence at the address below.
Deleting local progress
“New baby” in the grown-ups settings clears the current baby's progress after confirmation. Uninstalling the app removes its local data according to the device's settings. These actions do not cancel a store purchase or remove the store's transaction records. Operating-system backups are controlled separately by Apple or Google and your device settings.
This support website
This page uses no advertising, analytics scripts or contact form. Its hosting provider processes network information needed to serve the page, such as an IP address and browser request. External support and store links follow their providers' privacy policies.
Contact and changes
Questions about privacy or a child's information can be sent by a parent or guardian to [email protected]. This policy will be updated when the game's data practices change.
